Job Title: Panchakarma Therapist Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Panchakarma Therapist to join our integrative wellness team. In this role, you will deliver traditional Ayurvedic therapies, guide patients through detoxification procedures, and collaborate closely with our Ayurvedic Doctors (Vaidyas) to ensure personalized, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer traditional Panchakarma therapies, including Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Basti, Nasya, and Udvartana, according to prescribed treatment plans.
• 
  Prepare therapeutic oils, herbal pastes, and decoctions required for daily procedures.
• 
  Maintain a pristine, hygienic, and serene treatment environment in compliance with sanitation standards.
• 
  Conduct pre- and post-therapy assessments to monitor patient comfort, vital signs, and physical responses.
• 
  Educate patients on post-treatment care, home self-care practices, and lifestyle guidelines.
• 
  Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Certified Panchakarma Technician / Therapist certification from a recognized institution.
• 
  Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in an Ayurvedic clinic, hospital, or wellness center.
• 
  Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Ayurvedic principles, human anatomy, and therapeutic oil preparations.
• 
  Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong empathetic listening, and physical stamina required for manual therapy.
