Operation Theatre Technician – Vaidyog

Vaidyog is looking for a skilled and responsible Operation Theatre Technician to support surgical teams and ensure the smooth and safe functioning of the Operation Theatre. The selected candidate will assist in preparing the OT, surgical instruments, medical equipment, and supplies before, during, and after surgical procedures.

The Operation Theatre Technician will work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include preparing surgical instruments and equipment, maintaining sterile conditions, assisting during procedures, handling surgical supplies, and ensuring proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of OT equipment.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of surgical instruments, OT procedures, sterilization techniques, infection-control practices, and basic operation theatre equipment. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, discipline, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment are essential.
