NICU – Incharge

We are looking for an experienced NICU Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating nursing staff, ensuring quality neonatal care, maintaining clinical standards, managing NICU resources, and supporting doctors during critical situations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage newborn patients requiring intensive care.
