Homeopathy Doctor

1. About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and patient-focused Homeopathic Doctor to join our clinic network. The ideal candidate should have sound clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing personalized patient care.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients using homeopathic principles.
• Record detailed patient histories and ensure timely follow-ups are updated in the software.
• Provide empathetic, personalized, and patient-centric care.
• Maintain sound knowledge of diseases, diagnosis, and prescribed treatments.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
• Write monthly blogs, articles, and case studies related to homeopath.
• Actively contribute to achieving predefined team targets.
• Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.

3. What You'll Need

• Education: BHMS or MD in Homeopathy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional and presentable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform effectively under pressure.
• Positive, flexible, and patient-centric attitude.
• A sales-oriented approach is an added advantage.
• Candidates must not engage in private practice or online consultations.
• Preference: Female candidates.

5. Salary Range

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + incentives (depending on experience, and interview)

6. Minimum Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in homeopathic practice, excluding internship.
• Experience will be considered only after completion of BHMS/MD.

Working Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday: Fixed weekly off
