Clinical Pharmacist – Vaidyog

Vaidyog is looking for a qualified and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist to support safe, effective, and appropriate medication use. The selected candidate will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide medication-related support and contribute to quality patient care.

The Clinical Pharmacist will review prescriptions, assess medication therapy, identify potential drug interactions and medication-related problems, provide drug information, support medication reconciliation, and counsel patients regarding proper medication use. The candidate will also assist healthcare teams in monitoring medication effectiveness and safety.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, drug interactions, dosage forms, and clinical pharmacy practices. Good communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team are essential.
