About the Internship

Vaidyog Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. facilitates clinical internship placements for B.Sc. Nursing students at reputed multispeciality and corporate hospitals across India. This programme is designed to provide nursing students with practical clinical exposure, hands-on learning opportunities, and professional experience in real hospital environments.

Through our hospital partnerships, students get the opportunity to enhance their nursing competencies, understand clinical workflows, and develop the skills required to transition from academic education to professional healthcare practice.

Important: Vaidyog acts as an internship placement facilitator. Selected candidates will undertake their internship at the respective partner hospitals and will not be directly employed by Vaidyog.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses and clinical staff in routine patient care under supervision.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Support patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Assist with maintaining patient records and nursing documentation.
• Learn and follow infection prevention and control protocols.
• Assist in maintaining patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
• Observe and assist with clinical procedures as permitted under supervision.
• Understand hospital protocols, nursing ethics, and professional conduct.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in clinical training sessions and departmental learning activities.
• Follow hospital policies, duty schedules, and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing B.Sc. Nursing.
• Eligible for clinical internship as per university or college requirements.
• Basic understanding of nursing fundamentals.
• Willingness to work in a hospital-based clinical environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain professional discipline.
• Willingness to relocate to the assigned hospital, if required.
