Position Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is looking for a BHMS Doctor – Couple Coordinator to support patients and couples throughout their fertility care journey at our Sathyamangalam and Erode locations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in couple coordination, good communication skills, and the ability to work closely with patients, doctors, and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with couples during their visits and help them understand the care process.
• Communicate appointment details, consultation schedules, investigations, and follow-up requirements.
• Understand patient queries and coordinate with the appropriate doctor or clinical team.
• Maintain clear and accurate patient-related information and follow-up records.
• Ensure timely coordination between couples, doctors, nurses, and other departments.
• Assist patients with appointment flow and guide them through the required hospital procedures.
• Follow up with couples regarding scheduled consultations and planned visits.
• Handle patient interactions with patience, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Support smooth communication between the patient and clinical team.
• Contribute to a positive and organized patient experience.

Candidate Requirements

• BHMS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical registration is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Couple Coordinator or in a similar patient-coordination role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly approach.
• Ability to coordinate multiple patient requirements effectively.
• Comfortable working with doctors and healthcare teams.
• Good documentation and follow-up skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
