HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function within our healthcare organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of healthcare HR practices, labor laws, and talent management. Experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment is highly preferred.
