Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinical and administrative operations, delivering excellent patient experiences, managing staff performance, and achieving operational and business objectives.

The Centre Manager will coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, diagnostic staff, and administrative personnel to maintain high standards of healthcare service delivery while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall operations of the healthcare centre.
2. Supervise front office, billing, nursing, and support staff.
3. Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction.
4. Monitor daily appointments, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
5. Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
6. Coordinate with doctors and consultants for smooth operations.
7. Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational KPIs.
8. Ensure compliance with NABH standards and healthcare regulations.
9. Resolve patient concerns and operational issues promptly.
10. Prepare operational reports and present them to management.
11. Support business development and patient engagement initiatives.
