Home Care Nurse – Vaidyog

Vaidyog is looking for a compassionate and responsible Home Care Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients' health conditions, providing prescribed nursing care, assisting with medications and supporting patients with their daily healthcare needs.
 

The Home Care Nurse will work closely with patients, family members, doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and patient safety. The candidate should be capable of assessing patient needs, maintaining accurate health records, monitoring vital signs and responding appropriately to changes in the patient's condition.
 

The ideal candidate should have strong nursing skills, patience, empathy and excellent communication abilities. Experience in elderly care, post-operative care, chronic disease management or home healthcare will be an advantage.
